Job summary

Nuffield Health Stoke FWC is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our gym team on a permanent part-time basis, 11 hours per week. You’ll deliver a range of sessions, inductions, and health checks to members, helping them achieve fitness goals in a supportive environment.

You must hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above), be a confident communicator, and enjoy growing your PT client base. The role offers a clear progression path and access to our extensive facilities and member base.

Qualifications

• REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) required.
• Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with CIMSPA membership.
• Strong communication and ability to grow client base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of sessions to a variety of populations.
• Carry out inductions, health checks, group exercise and personal training sessions.
• Support members on the gym floor and grow your PT client base.
• Pursue additional training and CPD opportunities to enhance delivery.
