Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the UK is seeking freelance Personal Trainers to grow a thriving business within our club network. You’ll coach members one-to-one and in group sessions, leverage MOVE onboarding, and build a client base with the support of a winning gym brand.

You’ll retain 100% of your PT earnings, benefit from dedicated marketing support and access to an established member base, with ongoing training through the Everlast Academy and CIMSPA partnership.

Qualifications

• Qualified PT with Level 3 and CIMSPA membership.
• Public liability coverage of £2 million or more.
• Ability to build rapport and grow client base.

Job Description

The Role

As a freelance Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping members achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming and lifestyle support.

Success in this role comes from building meaningful relationships with members, delivering exceptional coaching experiences and creating long‑term client results.

To help accelerate your business growth, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes
• Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through our MOVE programme
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience
• Promote and deliver bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals
• Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community
• Contribute to a positive, motivating and results‑driven gym culture

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
• Public Liability Insurance (£2 million cover or above)
