Job summary

Everlast Gyms, backed by Frasers Group, is seeking freelance Personal Trainers to grow a successful fitness business within our gym environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).
• CIMSPA Practitioner membership preferred.
• Public Liability Insurance of £2M or more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes to clients.
• Conduct fitness consultations and onboarding with MOVE-style processes.
• Build and grow a personal training client base.
• Lead group training sessions and member events.
• Support member engagement and overall gym experience.

Job Description

The Role

As a freelance Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping members achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming and lifestyle support.

Success in this role comes from building meaningful relationships with members, delivering exceptional coaching experiences and creating long-term client results.

To help accelerate your business growth, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes
• Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through our MOVE programme
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience
• Promote and deliver bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals
• Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community
• Contribute to a positive, motivating and results-driven gym culture

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
• Public Liability Insurance (£2 million cover or above)

• Strong coaching, communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships
