Job summary

Everlast Gyms, backed by Frasers Group, is seeking freelance Personal Trainers to grow a successful fitness business within our club environment. You’ll have access to an established member base, industry-leading facilities and dedicated marketing support to help maximise client acquisition and retention.

As part of our team, you’ll retain 100% of your Personal Training earnings and benefit from ongoing mentoring, CIMSPA CPD, exclusive member onboarding MOVE programme and opportunities to lead

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 PT qualification and CIMSPA membership.
• Public liability insurance of £2 million or more is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and programming.
• Conduct fitness consultations and onboarding through MOVE programme.
• Grow and manage your Personal Training client base.
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and events.
• Support member engagement and retention, enhancing gym experience.
• Promote bespoke coaching tailored to individual goals.

The Role

As a freelance Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping members achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming and lifestyle support.

Success in this role comes from building meaningful relationships with members, delivering exceptional coaching experiences and creating long-term client results.

To help accelerate your business growth, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Build and grow your Personal Training client base

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
