Third Space, London's leading luxury health club, is looking for ambitious Personal Trainers to join our employed PT team. You’ll train clients in world-class clubs with top equipment within a supportive, high-performance environment.

We offer a structured PT Academy, ongoing education, and a clear path to career progression. First five months salary is £30,784 pro rata, followed by a pay-per-session model with earnings growth as you build your client base.

That's why every Personal Trainer at Third Space has access to our industry-leading PT Academy, designed to help you develop your expertise, deepen your specialisms and stay at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry.

Led by our in-house team of Educators and Head of PT Education, the Academy delivers:

• Behaviour Change
• Sports Performance
• Women's Health
• Ongoing CPD and specialist development

We're also proud to be the only accredited training provider in the UK delivering Mike Boyle's CFSC qualification.

During your first 18 months, you'll complete a structured modular learning journey, gaining recognised qualifications and practical coaching skills that help you deliver exceptional results for members and accelerate your own development.

Every Personal Trainer also completes a minimum of six days of further professional education each year, ensuring you continue to grow, evolve and raise your standards throughout your career.

How it works

• Full-time, permanently employed position

What we're looking for

You will hold a minimum Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA qualification (or equivalent) and have a proven track record of building a successful PT business.
