David Lloyd Clubs in Solihull is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and programming plans. You will guide members in the gym environment, helping them achieve goals with support to grow your client base through a 3-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses.

• Must hold a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for health and fitness with the ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interaction skills; customer service mindset.

• As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses.

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours - You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. ( minimum 25 hours a week )

About you :

• As a Personal Trainer:
  Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passion for health and fitness and be able to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion for customer service.
