Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions, both 121 and group, and to develop programming plans that help members achieve their goals in the gym environment.

The role is part of a supportive team and includes a three-day PT induction, ongoing CDP courses, and perks such as free club membership for you and your family, flexible hours, and a 50% discount on food and drinks.

The Personal Trainer delivers high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans, and guides members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role is part of a team whose members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does. The company supports growing a client base through a three-day PT induction and continued professional development via CDP courses. It aims to create an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally while fulfilling their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
• Deliver 121 personal training sessions.
• Develop programming plans for personal training sessions.
• Guide members in the gym environment.
• Support members to achieve their goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Salary

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from the 16th session each week.
