Global Sports Jobs Limited is looking for a Personal Trainer to deliver high quality training sessions at Sudbury Hill. You will develop programming plans and guide members to help them reach their fitness goals in a premium health and wellness setting.

The role supports growth of the client base with a three-day PT induction and ongoing CDP development courses, and offers flexible hours and family-friendly benefits in a leading European health group.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Strong communication and interaction skills are essential.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passionate about customer service and helping others.

About the Role

The Personal Trainer will deliver high quality personal training sessions, including programming plans, and guide members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role is based at Sudbury Hill and is part of Europe's leading premium health and wellness group, where team members are considered the heart of the business. The employer supports client base growth through a three-day PT induction and offers ongoing development through CDP courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality personal training sessions to members.
• Create programming plans for clients.
• Guide members in the gym environment.
• Support members to achieve their goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
• Passionate about health and fitness, with the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Available for a minimum of 25 hours per week for one-to-one training sessions.

Workplace

• Sudbury Hill

Salary

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session; £21 per session from your 16th session each week.
