David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer in Birmingham to deliver high quality training sessions, create customised programming, and guide members toward their goals in a welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Customer service oriented and proactive in member support.

We are on the look out for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team! As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

Some of our perks:

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)

About you:

As a Personal Trainer: Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
