About the Role

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Personal Tax Senior Manager to join our expanding Tax team.

Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fulfilling role with excellent prospects. As a key team member, you’ll influence practice development and have People Management and Business Development responsibilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the tax team, including recruiting and coaching team members.
  • Build strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients, ensuring high-quality trusted advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain a network of local contacts to support business development.
About You

To be considered, you should be:

  • Appropriately qualified with experience in a tax environment.
  • A strong business developer eager to build local contacts and networks.
  • An effective people manager with a passion for developing teams.
  • Highly commercial with a drive to contribute to Bishop Fleming’s growth.
