Your New Role

In this role, you will oversee your own portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and trusts. You will also assist in managing and developing junior staff members and have opportunities to participate in firm-wide advisory work and in-house committees.

What You'll Need To Succeed

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a practice accountancy firm, possess strong technical knowledge, and be confident in client-facing work. Excellent organization, communication skills, IT proficiency, and motivation for personal development are essential. Candidates holding or nearing completion of a CTA qualification are preferred, along with experience supervising junior staff.
