Customer Focus:

• Prioritize impeccable customer service, greeting and maintaining contact with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate support.
• Develop product knowledge and promote product benefits.
• Guide customers on our products and services to meet their expectations.
• Escalate customer requests or issues promptly.
