Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting Personal Shopper & Delivery Drivers for a two-day, temp role to support a new supermarket fulfilment and home delivery service in Norwich NR5 0JS. You will pick, pack, and deliver orders using a company device and your own car, starting Tuesday 6 October with an 8:00am to 9:00pm window.

Earn £18.00 per hour with immediate start. The role offers potential for ongoing work and a chance to gain experience across retail fulfilment and home delivery in

Qualifications

• Access to a suitable, roadworthy car.
• Right to Work documentation and photographic ID.

Meridian Business Support is recruiting Personal Shopper & Delivery Drivers on behalf of our client to support the launch of a new supermarket fulfilment and home delivery service in Norwich NR5 0JS.

This is an active, customer-facing role combining order picking, retail support and customer deliveries. You'll work independently using a company-provided device to manage orders, pick products and deliver completed orders directly to customers when required.

What you'll be doing

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Managing orders using a smartphone-style device
• Checking orders before dispatch
• Delivering customer orders using your own vehicle
• Providing excellent customer service
• Following clear processes and working independently

What we're looking for

• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Confident using apps, smartphones and touchscreen technology
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Online Order Picker, Retail Assistant, Warehouse Operative, Store Assistant, Customer Service Assistant or Fulfilment Operative would be advantageous but is not essential.
