Job summary

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting Van Delivery Drivers for a home-delivery operation based in Snetterton, NR16. Working as part of a two-person delivery team, you will deliver a range of goods, from small packages to large appliances, with a focus on safe driving and excellent customer service.

You will work with a Driver's Mate, perform vehicle checks, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain a professional customer experience throughout each shift. DBS check would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• No more than six penalty points.
• No DD, IN or DR endorsements.
• Delivery or van-driving experience preferred.
• Able to perform regular lifting and manual handling.
• Reliable, good communication and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive a delivery van between customer addresses with a Driver's Mate.
• Load, unload and deliver goods with care.
• Perform safe lifting and manual handling of items.

Van Delivery Driver - Two-Person Home Deliveries

Location: Snetterton, NR16
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Start time: Usually 06:30

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting Van Delivery Drivers for a home-delivery operation based in Snetterton.

Working as part of a two-person delivery team, you will deliver a variety of goods, from small packages to large household appliances, including fridge freezers and washing machines. This is an active role involving driving, lifting and carrying, with customer service at the heart of each delivery.

Your duties will include:

• Driving a delivery van safely between customer addresses.
• Working with a Driver's Mate to load, unload and deliver goods.
• Handling large and bulky items using safe working practices.
• Checking deliveries against paperwork and recording delivery information.
• Providing a polite and professional service to customers.
• Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Keeping customers' goods secure and handling them with care.

What we're looking for:

• A full UK driving licence suitable for driving a van.
• No more than six penalty points.
• No DD, IN or DR endorsement codes.
• Previous delivery or van-driving experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out regular lifting and manual handling safely.
• Reliability, good communication and a customer-focused attitude.
• An existing DBS check would be advantageous.
