If you are seeking your next career move within personal injury, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
This growing team is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a solid grounding in personal injury work, including pre-litigated and litigated matters covering RTA, Employers Liability, and Public Liability.
You should have a good track record of successfully managing your own case load. Perhaps you have specialized in PI during your traineeship, but at minimum, you should have at least 1 year of previous experience in PI.
What makes this opportunity particularly attractive is the leadership of the Head of Team, who has extensive experience in personal injury and litigation. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge, supporting, mentoring, and encouraging your career development, ensuring you learn the right way. You can achieve great things here in a friendly and supportive firm.
Beyond personal injury experience, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, aware of deadlines, commercially focused, and capable of meeting or exceeding fee targets. You should also be able to manage a full caseload effectively.
In addition to a competitive salary, there is potential for additional bonuses for meeting fee earning targets.
After a successful settling-in period, you'll have the opportunity to work from home part of the time.
