Job Description:

Overview: Our client, a legal services company established in 2016 specializing in road traffic accidents, is seeking Personal Injury Solicitors in East Belfast. The roles are available on a full-time permanent basis and part-time temporary basis to cover maternity leave, ideally from August 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Act on behalf of claimants in damage and personal injury claims, primarily from road traffic collisions in Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of damage, credit hire, and personal injury claims proactively and efficiently.
  • Provide bespoke, outcome-focused advice to clients and advance their claims to achieve the best outcomes and maximum recoveries.
  • Negotiate with third-party insurers for timely and appropriate settlements.
  • Stay updated on current personal injury valuations.
  • Ensure high levels of client care and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Possess knowledge of credit hire processes.
  • SRA approval is preferred but not essential.
