Job Description:

The appointed Personal Injury Solicitor will manage their own caseload of litigated fast-track PI matters on behalf of claimant clients.

The firm handles a full range of PI claims including public liability, occupier’s liability, road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, industrial disease, serious injuries, and clinical negligence.

Suitable candidates are recently qualified Solicitors with at least 6 months of experience in personal injury litigation and a thorough understanding of the litigation process.

Experience in at least one of the following areas is essential: RTA, Employers Liability, Public Liability, or Occupiers’ Liability.
