Job summary

The Law Society of Northern Ireland is seeking a qualified solicitor to handle personal injury litigation in Northern Ireland. You will manage a busy caseload from inception through settlement or hearing.

You will advise clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy, draft pleadings, and liaise with medical experts, counsel and other professionals while attending court hearings and negotiations. Strong organisational skills and a dedication to exceptional client care are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with at least 2 years' PQE.
• Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to settlement or hearing.
