Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury litigation (defence or plaintiff) preferred.

• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentationEngaging with insurers, medical experts, and counsel
• Negotiating settlements and, where required, assisting with court proceedings
• Delivering clear, practical advice while maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or eligible to qualify)
