Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or eligible to qualify).
• Ideally 5 years’ PQE, however candidates from NQ up to 6 years’ PQE will be considered.
• Experience in personal injury litigation (defence or plaintiff) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.
• Advising clients on a range of claims including road traffic accidents.
• Negotiating settlements and assisting with court proceedings.
