Yolk Recruitment is supporting a national law firm in Bristol to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer into its Serious and Catastrophic Injury team. You will manage your own claimant PI caseload, handle fast track and intermediate claims, and progress matters through the full litigation lifecycle.

You'll work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes, with a clear path to development, mentoring trainees, and opportunities to participate in business

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing your own claimant personal injury caseload.
• Experience handling motor and vulnerable road user claims.
• Strong litigation experience through the full litigation lifecycle.
• Exposure to complex injury claims including polytrauma, chronic pain conditions and psychiatric injury.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client management skills with the ability to work effectively to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate serious injury claims.

Yolk Recruitment is supporting an exciting recruitment campaign for a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Lawyer to join its growing Serious and Catastrophic Injury team in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced claimant personal injury professional looking to develop their career within a specialist team handling complex claims involving motorists and vulnerable road users, including cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians. You'll have the chance to manage your own caseload, work on challenging and rewarding matters, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

This is what you will be doing

As a Personal Injury Lawyer, your duties and responsibilities are as follows:-

• Managing a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate serious injury claims.
• Conducting litigation on your own files from issue of proceedings through to trial.
• Communicating effectively with clients, insurers and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Supporting and mentoring trainee case handlers, including case planning and training activities.
• Attending networking events, participating in business development initiatives and contributing to team meetings.

The experience you will bring to the team

You will bring the following experience to the Personal Injury team:-
