Sellick Partnership is seeking a Solicitor in Gatwick with 2–5 years' PQE to handle Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters within a growing team. You will manage your own caseload and assist on complex claims, delivering high-quality legal advice and client service throughout the lifecycle of a claim.

Qualifikationen

A well-established law firm is seeking a Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence to join its growing team in Gatwick.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to work on a broad range of claimant matters, including personal injury and clinical negligence claims, while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and assist on more complex matters, providing high-quality legal advice and client service throughout the lifecycle of a claim.

• Managing a caseload of personal injury and/or clinical negligence matters
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and other parties
• Progressing matters efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures and deadlines
• Maintaining accurate file management and time recording
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the team

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
• Experience handling personal injury and/or clinical negligence matters
• Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant legislation
