Sellick Partnership is seeking a Solicitor in Gatwick with 2–5 years' PQE to handle Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters within a growing team. You will manage your own caseload and assist on complex claims, delivering high-quality legal advice and client service throughout the lifecycle of a claim.

The role offers a competitive salary (£55,000 - £70,000), hybrid working, ongoing training, and clear career progression within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE.
• Experience handling personal injury and/or clinical negligence matters.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, time management and client-focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Managing a caseload of personal injury and/or clinical negligence matters.
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and other parties.
• Progressing matters efficiently and within deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate file management and time recording.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the team.
