The Role

As a PI Claims Handler, you\'ll manage a caseload of personal injury claims, overseeing the process from initial notification through to settlement or resolution. The role requires a balanced mix of legal knowledge, claims experience, and customer service, with a focus on achieving fair and efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing and validating personal injury claims against relevant legal and policy criteria.
• Investigating liability and gathering necessary evidence to support resolution.
• Negotiating settlements and managing litigation processes where required.
• Maintaining accurate records, reserves, and documentation throughout the claim\'s lifecycle.
• Ensuring all claims are handled in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Liaising with solicitors, insurers, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.
• Supporting the wider team with training, compliance, and performance targets.
