Zusammenfassung

Carinity Brownesholme is seeking Personal Carers to provide compassionate, person-centred aged care, helping residents maintain dignity, comfort and independence in a homely environment.

You will support daily living activities, including personal care, meals, housing tasks, and meaningful social interactions. The role requires availability across a 7-day roster with morning and afternoon shifts, at Carinity Brownesholme.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Aged/Community Care or equivalent
• Strong teamwork in a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Experience in a similar role preferred

About The Role

At Carinity – Brownesholme, we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence.

You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence.

This role requires availability across a 7-day roster, working morning and afternoon shifts.

What do you need for the role?

• Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriate qualifications and experience
• Willingness to work as a team member, relating to a multi-disciplinary team
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
