Job summary

Elementis PLC in Ascot is seeking a Scientist, Performance Validation for the Personal Care line. You will develop data and sales tools, manage product performance studies, and coordinate with external vendors under the Global Manager of Performance Validation.

You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing and regulatory affairs to translate findings into customer-focused claims and ensure robust methodologies and survey development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life science.
• 3+ years experience in personal care formulating and/or ingredient testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and project management software.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of existing and new technologies in the personal care range to support business unit strategies.
• Design experiments and organize panel testing to evaluate sensory and performance benefits.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, regulatory affairs and external partners to drive product development.
