2. You provide guidance and technical direction on project briefs and oversee the experimental process, ensuring we meet quality and performance standards.
3. You participate in experimentation on the bench with conventional and/or non-conventional/creative approaches that will lead to unique product claims and benefits
4. You lead multiple projects simultaneously, oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

Education: A bachelors degree or higher in a life science.

Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in personal care formulation and/or product testing, 3+ years in management

IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with a strong capability for presentation creation, Project management software.

Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in English.

Working arrangements: Hybrid working arrangements possible. To be discussed.

Traveling required: Trade shows, customer and global lab visits as required.
