Job summary
Disability North is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a tetraplegic lady in her 60s in daily living. You will join a small team of two and provide personal care, meal prep, light housework and shopping as needed.
The role requires flexibility, reliability and a considerate approach; full training will be given for all tasks, with care taking place on a day-to-day basis. Female applicants preferred, with prior social care experience advantageous.
Qualifications
- Experience in social care is preferred.
- Ability to perform personal care tasks safely.
- Willingness to complete training.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing and dressing.
- Light household duties and meal preparation.
- Occasional shopping and errands.
