Aspire People is seeking a caring Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support male Post-16 learners in a specialist education setting in Harborne, Birmingham. You will provide personal care, mobility support and daily living assistance during the college day, working closely with teaching staff to ensure safety, dignity and independence.
The role is temporary ongoing with start date ASAP, usual hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

We are looking for a caring, patient and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support male learners within a specialist Post-16 education setting. The setting supports young people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, providing a supportive environment where learners can develop their independence, confidence and life skills as they prepare for adulthood. The successful candidate will provide a combination of personal care, physical support and day-to-day assistance, working closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure learners are supported safely, respectfully and with dignity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with SEND and wants to make a genuine difference to their daily lives and development.
