Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, ASN, care home or nursing settings.
• Patient, calm and sensitive, especially during challenging moments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one personal care at home and in the community.
• Supervise toilet visits and assist with hand washing.
• Occasionally administer medication and prepare meals or snacks.
• Accompany Evan to activities and keep him safe.
• Support social engagement and independence.
