Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Support to maintain independence and daily routines.
• Follow care plans, risk assessments and health and safety procedures.
• Assist with meals, hydration and medication support.
• Promote safeguarding, dignity, privacy and respect at all times.
• Maintain clear communication with the PA, family and professionals.
• Occasionally assist with light domestic tasks (e.g., tidying, laundry).
• Drive to appointments and accompany to community activities.
