Ivy House School is seeking a dedicated pupil-support worker to assist children with personal care needs and welfare matters. You will join a compassionate team focused on safety, dignity and readiness to learn in a stimulating educational environment.
Daily duties include helping with hygiene, intimate care, and mobility assistance, while maintaining privacy. You will support posture during activities and contribute to a caring, proactive learning setting.
The role will be predominantly to assist children in matters of personal care needs and their general health, including intimate care, postural management and welfare matters. The successful candidate will be pupil-focused and have the desire and ability to support all our students with care and mutual respect. You will be able to work as part of a team and be keen to learn and develop.
