Personal Assistant to Renowned Aesthetic Physician, Birmingham

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, self-sufficient Personal Assistant to support a multi-award-winning aesthetic doctor at a premier non-surgical cosmetic clinic located in Birmingham's Edgbaston Medical Quarter. This full-time, onsite role involves acting as a Clinic Manager and Reception Lead, providing exceptional front-of-house service, and managing daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the cosmetic physician with appointments, media appearances, scheduling, and clinic administration.
  2. Ensure smooth clinic operations, including reception, client communication, diary management, and stock coordination.
  3. Deliver professional front-of-house service with discretion.
  4. Support clinic projects, tech systems, events, and external bookings.
  5. Communicate confidently with high-end clients, suppliers, and industry reps.
  6. Occasionally travel locally for offsite appointments or commitments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Experience in a PA/EA role preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and highly organized.
  • Polished, people-focused, with experience in high-end client service or aesthetics is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling admin, PA tasks, reception, and managerial duties.
  • Must have a valid driving license and reside within easy reach of Birmingham clinic.

Role Details:

  • Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
  • Long-term position with growth potential.
