Hours – Negotiable (minimum of 25 hours per week across 5 days)

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and professionalPersonal Assistant (PA)to support both our Chief Executive and Group Operations Director. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our business, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day responsibilities.

You’ll be an expert multitasker, comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment, and a confident communicator who can liaise effectively across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level confidential administrative support to Directors
• Arrange meetings, prepare documents, presentations, reports, and agendas
• Accurately minute meetings and follow up on action points
• Manage the group’s centralCustomer Care Inbox, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally
• A keen eye for detail and a natural curiosity are essential for investigating and resolving issues proactively
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders across the business
• Support the delivery of group-wide projects and initiatives
• Be a visible and vocal advocate for the group’s values, aims, and objectives
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of internal events and meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a structured, process-led approach
• Advanced Excel proficiency: confident with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and formula-driven reporting
• Experience or interest in AI tools and systemswould be a distinct advantage
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, flexible and positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused sector would be beneficial
