Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director (Recruitment Company)

Location: Southend on Sea

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum + Quarterly Performance Bonus

Our team is dedicated to excellence and high standards, working with top-tier professionals and managing a diverse property portfolio that includes Airbnb rentals, buy-to-let properties, and serviced offices.

Job Description: This role is dynamic and involves supporting both recruitment and property management activities. You will be involved in various aspects of the business, supporting growth from a $4m to $10m enterprise, and assisting with high-caliber placements, property transactions, and management. Flexibility and responsiveness outside standard hours are essential, as the role requires handling tasks beyond the typical 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday schedule, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Support: Be available and responsive to the needs of the business to ensure smooth operations across all areas.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum.
  • Quarterly Bonus: Performance-based bonuses.
