Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO and wider Executive Team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating travel and meetings, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the CEO and C-Suite level
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with varied external stakeholders to ensure smooth arrangements for in-person and virtual meetings
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for key meetings
  • Acting as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Accurately maintaining records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Providing office support to assist with daily operations for staff
  • Please note this is not an exhaustive list; additional related duties may fall within the scope of this position.
Skills/Experience
  • At least 3+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a startup or lean business environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a willingness to support various business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Confidence in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing inboxes
Additional
  • Full-time position
  • This is an onsite role due to office support responsibilities
