Job summary

Encompass is seeking Personal Assistants in Eyemouth to support a client with daily tasks, including medication prompts and meal assistance, primarily through video calls on WhatsApp.

The role is flexible, offering various hours with a pay rate of £14.08 per hour. Applicants should ideally possess a full driving licence and be prepared to support the client attending appointments at Borders General Hospital and occasionally in Edinburgh.

Qualifications

• Confident in using smartphones and video calling apps.
• Able to communicate clearly and support client inquiries.
• Understanding of client's needs for medication and meals.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support via video calls.
• Promote client wellbeing by aiding medication schedules.
• Assist the client with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Support in preparing for health appointments.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the client.
