Where you’ll fit in & what our team goals are…

In your role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Real Estate Fund Manager and support their team, including assisting or covering within the Secretaries as needed.

Initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

How you'll spend your time...
  • Travel booking: arranging flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries in line with company policies, ensuring approvals are obtained.
  • Office admin duties: managing deliveries, supplies, and daily tasks.
  • Minute taking during meetings.
  • Coordinating with team and Accounts Payable for expense claims and invoice processing.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setups and IT requests.
  • Preparing documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Booking rooms, organizing lunches, and setting up video calls.
  • Providing additional support, including covering other PAs and administrative tasks for real estate personnel.
  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks like filing, photocopying, and printing.
To be successful in this role you will have...
  • Experience in Asset Management or Real Estate.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Discretion handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
