Aldermore Bank PLC is seeking a Personal Assistant (FTC up to 12 months) based in London to support senior leaders with high-quality, confidential administrative assistance. The role offers a hybrid working policy with 3 days onsite, collaborating across the PA network to keep leaders organised and focused.
You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and handle correspondence, while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring smooth operations for the leadership team.

As a Personal Assistant, you'll work closely with some of the Group's most senior leaders, helping them make the most of their time, navigate competing priorities and deliver against key business objectives. This is a role where you'll become a trusted partner, providing high-quality support that enables leaders to perform at their best.
You'll have the opportunity to build relationships across the organisation, gain valuable insight into how major business decisions are made and work alongside a collaborative network of Personal Assistants who support one another across the Group.
