Job summary

ENABLE Scotland Perth is looking for Personal Assistants to support Neil and others, helping them achieve goals and enjoy everyday activities. The role involves personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support, delivered as part of a bespoke team dedicated to safety, wellbeing and aspirations.

Shifts include daytime and overnight coverage, with a 32-hour week and a pay rate of £13.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Assisting individuals with personal care and daily activities.
• Participating in moving and handling and supporting positive behavioural approaches.
• Working as part of a bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations.

• Support individuals to achieve goals and outcomes through personalised care.
• Provide 24/7 support as per rotas, including overnight shifts when required.

32 hours / week

Shift Pattern:9am - 11pm followed by overnight support. Support is provided 24/7, with rotas reflecting this. Flexibility can be accommodated where needed, ensuring fairness across the team

Shifts can include 9am - 5pm, 5pm - overnight support or a full 24-hour shift.

£13.45 per hour
