Enable is seeking Personal Assistants to support Jenny in Pollok, Glasgow. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with shifts from 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, depending on Jenny's day, at £13.45 per hour.

You don't need care experience to apply—Enable values your values and transferrable skills. You will help Jenny with daily activities, personal care, and social engagement, working within a bespoke team to promote safety and wellbeing.

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

Jenny lives in her own home in the pollok area of Glasgow, she recieves support 7 days a week between 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm depending on her plans for the day. She enjoys getting out and about and keeping busy like going to the cinema or garden centre. Looking and feeling good is importaint to her and shes never without getting her nails done or having her earings on. She likes to be supported by someone who is kind, enjoys a laugh and can support her to get the most out of life, including visitng new places.
