Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. in Norwich is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a family with daily tasks for a mother and two school-age children. The role is 6 hours per week at £13.75 per hour, with responsibilities including meal prep, personal care, light domestic duties, and outings.

Essential qualities include patience, empathy and reliability. DBS check and two references are required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with children and teenagers.
• Understanding/experience with Autism.
• Confident around dogs.
• Patient, empathetic and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist 9 year old son with getting ready for school, including breakfast and packed lunches.
• Support both children with activities.
• Personal care including showering.
• Housework: vacuuming, mopping, laundry and general upkeep.
• Accompany to parks and days out; collect medications and attend medical appointments.
• Shopping and batch cooking.
