Job summary

Independent Lives is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a fun, positive 15-year-old girl in Chippenham who loves theatre, dance, the arts and getting out and about. The role focuses on building independence and confidence, with activities in community and home settings to develop new skills and routines.

The PA will encourage social interaction, assist with daily tasks, and support creative activities like baking and crafts, while ensuring safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting someone with cerebral palsy is beneficial.
• Must be able to communicate in English and read/write to a reasonable standard.
• Reliable, patient and able to work on own initiative.
