Are you an experienced PA looking for a role to start immediately?

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our client in Leeds. The role is a 12-month maternity cover so the ideal candidate will be immediately available to work. The role is working for a really lovely team with a great culture! The successful candidate will provide support to the executive team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate and organise travel arrangements, events, and appointments.
  • Contract management – proof reading and reviewing T&C’s
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with attention to detail.
  • Responsible for leading and developing improvements to existing contract processes & terms.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organising company events
  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming emails and queries
  • Assisting with invoicing and card payments
  • Manage office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
