Job summary

Compass Independent Living seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a 27-year-old gentleman with spinal muscular atrophy in Dorset. The role can be self-employed or employed, with duties in the home and in the community.

Duties include hoisting, medication administration, peg feeding and ventilator care, all with training provided. The PA will also access the community using the employer's car for shopping, appointments, and visiting family and friends.
