Job summary

Ideal For All Limited is seeking a female Personal Assistant to support the Employer in Birmingham. The role combines personal, domestic, mobility, transport and social support, with duties at home and in the community.

The PA will assist with bathroom safety, mobility, transfers, laundry and light domestic tasks, while prioritising the Employer's privacy and independence. 24.5 hours split between 2 PAs, flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a PA, carer or in a similar support role.
• Full UK driving licence required, automatic vehicles only.
• Confident driving with a wheelchair user and mobility transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal support and domestic assistance to the Employer.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, and consider safety in bathroom use.
• Support social activities and outings, outings to appointments and pharmacy.
• Maintain the Employer's privacy, dignity and independence while providing care.
