Personal Assistant – EMEA Distribution
Location: London
Hours: Full-time

The Company
Our client, a global leader in entertainment and content distribution, is looking for a highly capable and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership within their EMEA Distribution division. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most recognisable names in television and film at the heart of its international operations.

The Role
You will act as a critical business partner to the EVP and provide additional support to two other senior team members, managing complex and fast-paced diaries, extensive international travel logistics, and the coordination of meetings across global time zones. You will also play a key role in event planning for international sales conferences, town halls, and internal socials.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing busy inboxes
  • Proactive diary coordination
  • Fielding queries from high-profile internal and external contacts
  • Coordinating hospitality and meeting room logistics
  • Processing expenses
  • Producing high-quality presentations
  • You will also act as a key liaison for IT, facilities, and departmental communications.
About You
This role requires someone with previous experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced, matrixed international organisation.
