Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Assistant to support our Overseas Director, Head of Sales, and Head of Business Development. Your responsibilities include diary management, coordinating UK and international travel, managing complex itineraries, liaising with global suppliers, handling expenses, and preparing travel documentation. You will also support pre-booking hotels and group flights, ensuring attention to detail and smooth operations.
You will need to manage multiple tasks efficiently, support the wider team as needed, and handle increased workloads during busy periods.
