Salary: £23,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Head Office, Leicester or London

Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

Your role

Join us at an exciting time of growth and development within our International team! We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Overseas Director, Head of Sales, and Head of Business Development.

This pivotal role involves managing extensive diaries, coordinating UK and international travel arrangements, and preparing managers for meetings. You will handle complex itineraries, liaise with global suppliers, manage expenses, and compile travel documentation. Your attention to detail will be essential in pre-booking hotels and coordinating group flights.

With your organisational skills, you’ll ensure smooth operations. You may also support the wider team on an ad-hoc basis and manage increased workloads during busy periods.

About you

We are looking for a skilled Office Assistant to support our Senior Management team and the office environment. Proficiency in electronic diary management and PC systems is essential.

You will handle sensitive matters with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating orders, and maintaining an orderly workspace.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll excel under pressure, managing complex schedules and prioritising tasks efficiently. Your experience supporting senior management and maintaining office operations will be key to your success.
