A major technology communications company is seeking a Personal Assistant to support two senior leaders within its business division. Based in Stoke-on-Trent with hybrid working, this full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive, well-organised individual with a passion for operational support and a flair for communication.

You will provide critical diary management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and administrative support while acting as a vital liaison across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to the Head of Business Markets and the Head of Business Care, Billing & Collections
  • Manage busy calendars and coordinate meetings, events, and travel
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, update organisational charts, and manage team administration
  • Consolidate agendas and materials for senior leadership meetings
  • Build relationships across the business to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in large, complex organisations
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in managing priorities and pushing back when necessary
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to manage sensitive situations
  • Comfortable with learning and adopting new tech tools and systems
